Denise believes the ability to achieve any mission is based on the drive and determination of the individuals responsible for its accomplishment.  Her career has found her leading human capital efforts and talent management initiatives for Houston ISD, Frito-Lay, SYSCO Foods, MD Anderson and Pizza Hut.  

In 2014, Denise turned her attention to providing personalized executive search services to mission-driven education non-profit organizations. She understands the unique human capital needs of non-profits and leverages her expansive network to source mission-driven leaders. Her work has included partnering with Good Reason Houston, Houston Endowment, Brown Foundation, Greater Houston Community Foundation, Teach for America, the Greater Houston Partnership/UpSkills, the City of San Antonio/PreK 4 SA, Raise Your Hands Texas, and Early Matters.  

When Denise is not sourcing talent, she is volunteering her time as a Board Member for EMERGE, a non-profit helping under-served Houston students attend top tier colleges, and working on various school committees.  She can also be found traveling or spending time with her husband and two adult children.

Denise holds a Psychology degree from Harvard and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
